Zoe Vandermeer accompanies her coloratura soprano voice on Welsh triple harp and Celtic harp. She performs repertoire for both vocal and harp music from the baroque, classical and bel canto periods, as well as her own original compositions. A prize-winning graduate of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and on the Roster of the CT Commission on Culture and Tourism since 2011, she is a recording artist and performs internationally and in the US, and has given solo performances at the Rio International Harp Festival Brasil, Glasgow International Early Music Festival Scotland, International Festival de Deia Spain, Bloomington Early Music Festival, American Harp Society, Connecticut Early Music Festival, American Swedish Historical Museum Philadelphia, New Britain American Museum of Art CT, University of Massachusetts Renaissance Center, and elsewhere. As an opera singer, her Carnegie Hall debut was in 2014 as First Place Winner of the Barry Alexander International Vocal Competition. She is a recipient of numerous awards and scholarships, including the CT Office of the Arts Grant and the Dame Joan Sutherland Fund.
