My teaching experience includes classical singing and Music Theatre, as well as Adult Piano.
Although I spent 30 years teaching young pupils piano, I moved towards offering adults the chance to either begin from scratch, or revive skills from their younger days.
This has been a great success over the past few years, with some students now into their 7th year.
My college training included Early Music, and Music with drama, hence my love of Music Theatre.
All lessons are face to face in a friendly and relaxed 'no pressure' environment.
I do not give online lessons. However, I am available online at any time, to help with particular difficulties, if they arise between lessons.
I also teach Music Theory, Aural skills and Practical Musicianship.
I have 100% pass rate in all exams taken by my students, with the majority gaining a Merit or Distinction.
Examinations are not compulsory.
The joy of singing or learning to play the piano, however, is!

£ 30.00 Pounds Per Hour
Any part of an hour can be given, starting with a 30 minute lesson for young musicians.
