David Esterri Carrasquer (Lleida, 1970) has a degree in Geography and History from the University of Lleida in the specialty of Art History and titled Superior in Music by the Superior Conservatory of the Liceu de Barcelona, in the specialty of composition, with extraordinary prize. Also has the professional title of Viola, elementary of Double bass. As a composer he has released several concert works in the Auditorium Municipal Enric Granados de Lleida, in the musical cycles of the Udl, in the Palau de la Música in Barcelona and even in Weimar and in London. More than one twenty of these works, many of them the result of various commissions, are published by the publishers La mà de Guido and Brotons & Mercadal and some. They have won awards and mentions in composition competitions.
